Miro de Paula<\/strong> \u00e9 natural de Santa Branca (SP), no Vale do Para\u00edba, Brasil, e vive em S\u00e3o Paulo (SP) desde 1982. Fez o ensino m\u00e9dio em Telecomunica\u00e7\u00f5es no\u00a0ITJ – Instituto de Tecnologia de Jacare\u00ed<\/a> – SP, e \u00e9 formado em Direito pelo\u00a0Centro Universit\u00e1rio FMU<\/a>. Em novembro de 1989 recebe sua primeira habilita\u00e7\u00e3o como Radioamador (classe “C”); e com o indicativo de chamada PU2WWL em 27\/11\/1989 faz o QSO de batismo com PY2KP (DIO), o Claudio Gimenez. E quase dois anos ap\u00f3s \u00e9 promovido para a classe “B” (como PY2WWL), onde permanece at\u00e9 fevereiro de 2013; quando em 07 de fevereiro \u00e9 promovido para a classe m\u00e1xima (“A”) – agora como\u00a0PY2GW.<\/span><\/div>\n

Simpatizante do Movimento Escoteiro desde sempre, somente em agosto de 2011 ingressa em um grupo escoteiro da Capital de S\u00e3o Paulo, acompanhando seu filho Pedro Mihael (PU2XKX); tomando ci\u00eancia do JOTA\/JOTI que ocorreria em outubro. \u00c9 incentivado pela Diretoria a montar uma base de Radioamador para aquele grupo, e ap\u00f3s preparativos de equipamentos e antenas faz palestra para os lobinhos sobre a Radioescuta, visando divulgar o Radioamadorismo; dando as primeiras no\u00e7\u00f5es do Alfabeto Internacional e do uso do cart\u00e3o QSL.<\/span><\/p>\n

Distribui material sobre o Indicativo Internacional SWL<\/a> (radioescuta), que culminou na obten\u00e7\u00e3o do PY2366SWL para um membro da alcateia. Nesse ocasi\u00e3o cria o site\u00a0http:\/\/www.py2gw.qsl.br<\/a> visando a difus\u00e3o do Radioescotismo, com diversos links \u00fateis, como o Material para Exame de ingresso e promo\u00e7\u00e3o das classes para Radiomador; v\u00eddeo para aprendizagem de CW etc. Prepara a inscri\u00e7\u00e3o do GET no Jambor\u00e9e no Ar, e com parque instalado, consegue atingir o objetivo maior, participar do JOTA. Na sequencia requer Licen\u00e7a de Esta\u00e7\u00e3o para a ANATEL e o grupo recebe o indicativo de chamada PY2GET, deferido no dia 14\/08\/2012. No dia 20\/10\/2012, 02:00 UTC (23H do Brasil, 19\/10, sexta-feira) PY2GET \u00e9 oficialmente batizada pela esta\u00e7\u00e3o PU2YZA (op. Xavier).<\/span><\/p>\n

Ap\u00f3s participar do JOTA\/JOTI 2012, com a presen\u00e7a de cerca de 90 lobinhos, 12 chefes, 1 dirigente, 20 pessoas de apoio, e 40 visitantes, cria o \u201cMicrocurso B\u00e1sico para Radioamador\u201d (http:\/\/www.py2gw.qsl.br\/py2get\/<\/a>), para dar as primeiras no\u00e7\u00f5es do Radioamadorismo aos jovens do Grupo Escoteiro Tabapu\u00e3, sito nas Perdizes, em S\u00e3o Paulo – SP, preparando-os para os exames da ANATEL. Participa do JOTA\/JOTI 2013 e um ano ap\u00f3s, em 14 de outubro de 2014, recebe a Ins\u00edgnia de Radioescotismo. Neste m\u00eas participa da “Primeira Confer\u00eancia Nacional de Radioamadorismo”, organizada pela LABRE de 16 a 19 de outubro, e opera a esta\u00e7\u00e3o ZV14LABRE.<\/span><\/p>\n

Miro de Paula<\/strong> is a native of Santa Branca (SP), in the Para\u00edba Valley, Brazil and has lived in S\u00e3o Paulo (SP) since 1982. He did high school in Telecommunications at\u00a0ITJ – Jacare\u00ed Institute of Technology<\/a> – SP, and holds a Law degree from\u00a0FMU University Center<\/a>. In November of 1989 receives its first qualification like Ham Radio (novice class); and with the callsign PU2WWL on 11\/27\/1989 he made the baptismal QSO with PY2KP (DIO), Claudio Gimenez. And almost two years later it is promoted to general class (as PY2WWL), where it remains until February 2013; when on February 7 is promoted to the extra class – now as\u00a0PY2GW.<\/span><\/p>\n

He has been a supporter of the Scout Movement since August 2011, only in August 2011 he joined a Scout group from the Capital of S\u00e3o Paulo, accompanying his son Pedro Mihael (PU2XKX); Taking note of JOTA \/ JOTI that would take place in October. It is encouraged by the Board to set up a base of Ham Radio for that group, and after preparations of equipment and antennas it gives lecture for the wolves on the Radio Listen, aiming to divulge the ham radio; giving the first notions of the International Alphabet and the use of the QSL card.<\/span><\/p>\n

He distributed material on the SWL international callsign<\/a> (radio listen), which culminated in obtaining the PY2366SWL for a member of the pack. On that occasion it creates the site\u00a0http:\/\/www.py2gw.qsl.br<\/a> aiming at the diffusion of Scout Radio, with several useful links, such as the admission material and promotion of classes for Ham Radio; video for learning CW etc. Prepares the registration of the GET in the Jambor\u00e9e in the Air, and with installed park, manages to reach the greater objective, to participate in the JOTA. In the sequence requires Station License for ANATEL (brazilian telecommunications agency) and the group receives the callsign PY2GET, deferred on 08\/14\/2012. On 20\/10\/2012, 02:00 UTC (23H from Brazil, 19\/10, Friday) PY2GET is officially baptized by PU2YZA station (op. Xavier).<\/span><\/p>\n

After participating in JOTA \/ JOTI 2012, with the presence of around 90 wolves, 12 heads, 1 leader, 20 support people, and 40 visitors, he creates the “Basic Microbrew for Ham Radio”\u00a0(http:\/\/www.py2gw.qsl.br\/py2get\/<\/a>), aiming to give the first notions of Ham Radio to the youth of the Scout Group Tabapu\u00e3, located in Perdizes, in S\u00e3o Paulo – SP, preparing them for the ANATEL examinations. Participates in JOTA \/ JOTI 2013 and a year later, on October 14, 2014, receives the Scout Ham Radio Insignia. This month it participates in the “First National Ham Radio Conference”, organized by LABRE (brazilian league of ham radio) from October 16 to 19, and operates the ZV14LABRE station.<\/span><\/p>\n
